Kim Mann

Office Manager

Kim is responsible for billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and varous office management duties for the firm. She has been employed in the legal field for 32 years. Prior to joining Goodall & Yurchak, P.C., Kim was a legal assistant/office manager for the law firm of Griffith, Strickler, Lerman, Solymos & Calkins of York, Pennsylvania. In 1989, Kim relocated to State College, Pennsylvania, were she was self-employed as a legal assistant until she joined the firm of Goodall & Yurchak, P.C., in 1992.

 

Carol Grubb

Legal Assistant

Carol has been with Goodall & Yurchak, P.C. for 5 years. She assists both Kathleen Yurchak and Leslie Dutchcot. They specialize is assisting those in bankruptcy, personal injury, civil litigation, real estate, family law, criminal, animal law, and employment matters. She has been working as a legal assistant for the past 17 years.

 

Audrey Kellander

Medicaid/Medicare Paralegal

Audrey is an elderlaw paralegal with Goodall & Yurchak, P.C., whose duties center around Medicaid planning and implementation, including the preparation of applications for Medical Assistance in Centre and surrounding Counties. She is a lifelong resident of central Pennsylvania. She was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare for over 33 years. For twenty years before her retirement, her duties included working with Medicaid programs for the elderly, specializing in nursing home eligibility. She has been with Goodall & Yurchak, P.C. since July 2003.

 

Betsy Crider

Estate and Estate Planning Legal Assistant

Betsy graduated in 1993 from South Hills School of Business and Technology with an Associates Degree in Marketing/Management and a Diploma in Computers. After graduation she worked for Northwest Savings Bank for five years. South Hills School of Business and Technology became her next employer as Office Administrator in their Lewistown Branch. After a year in the Lewistown Branch, she transferred to the State College Campus as an Assistant to the Bursar. She started at Goodall & Yurchak in 2003 and is a Legal Assistant working with estates and estate planning as well as secretarial duties for Mr. Goodall.

 

Kelly Bellew

Real Estate Legal Assistant

Kelly is a 2002 graduate of Gettysburg College where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. She also has an Associates Degree in Legal Studies from Mount Aloysius College, which she earned in 2005. Prior to coming to Goodall & Yurchak, P.C., Kelly worked as an estate planning and estate administration paralegal. She came to Goodall & Yurchak, P.C. in 2006 and she handles all real estate transactions brought to the firm.

 

Kelli Foltz

Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Kelli graduated from South Hills School of Business & Technology in June 2003 where she earned her Associates in Specialized Business Degree in Administrative/Legal Secretary program. Before joining Goodall & Yurchak, P.C. in 2006, she completed her internship with District Justice Daniel Hoffman at the District Court.

 

Sylvia Auman

Estate Planning Legal Assistant

Sylvia assists Amos Goodall and Kara Bowser with estate planning and asset protection matter. Before joining Goodall & Yurchak, P.C. in 2007, she was employed by Northwest Savings Bank for 16 years where she was a Senior Customer Service Representative.

 

Jackie Starbuck

Legal Assistant

Jackie has been employed in the legal field for 8 years. Prior to joining Goodall & Yurchak, P.C., Jackie was a military paralegal for the Indiana National Guard. She served two tours overseas, one to Bosnia-Herzegovina and one to Afghanistan. In 2007, Jackie relocted to State College, Pennsylvania, where she is studying English at the Pennsylvanis State University.
