Elizabeth practices in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Law. She began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable David W. Heckler in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and she practiced civil defense litigation for several years in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth moved from Pennsylvania in 2005 and opened her own small town practice in rural Chatom, Alabama, where she practiced in many areas of the law such as bankruptcy, representation of juveniles in juvenile delinquency proceedings, court appointments as Guardian ad Litem, and various other legal matters that comprise a general country practice. She relocated to Centre County Pennsylvania, in April of 2009 and begain representing clients involved in involuntary psychiatric commitment hearings in Centre County as well as becoming a 2010 Centre County Conflict Attorney appointed in criminal as well as civil matters before joining the firm in 2010.
Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Earth and Environment Science and Political Science and received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law. She is a member of the Centre County Bar Association, the local chapter of the Wilkinson-Campbell Inn of Court, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Elizabeth resides in Bellefonte with her husband, daughter, and dog.
