H. Amos Goodall, Jr.
Attorney, Partner
Mr. Goodall’s practice emphasizes Elder Law (including estate planning, estate administration, and asset protection planning) as well as, business organization, litigation & medicaid planning, and real estate. His clients include municipalities, banks and credit unions, landlords, a retirement community, homeowners associations, and numerous businesses and individuals. Mr. Goodall is a certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a member of the Special Needs Alliance (SNA), a nation association of attorneys helping individuals with special needs and their families. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He has been a prominent member of the local community since 1976, serving as solicitor to several local non-profit organizations and receiving numerous community and state wide service awards.
Kathleen Yurchak
Attorney, Partner
Kathleen Yurchak focuses her practice on litigation matters, dealing with trial work and arbitration matters including personal injury, employment, contract disputes, and products liability. She has tried and handled a wide variety of cases before state and federal courts across Pennsylvania and has litigated across the country by special admission. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers and a Council member for the Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is currently serving as Treasurer for the Centre County Bar Association and is active in local community affairs. She has published numerous articles in legal journals, including a recent article on reforming the rules of evidence to allow admissions of apologies. She has lectured frequently in the area of trial advocacy and has taught business law as an adjunct professor at Penn State University. A graduate of the University of Denver School of Law in 1985, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Elizabeth A. Clark

Elizabeth practices in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Law. She began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable David W. Heckler in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and she practiced civil defense litigation for several years in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth moved from Pennsylvania in 2005 and opened her own small town practice in rural Chatom, Alabama, where she practiced in many areas of the law such as bankruptcy, representation of juveniles in juvenile delinquency proceedings, court appointments as Guardian ad Litem, and various other legal matters that comprise a general country practice. She relocated to Centre County Pennsylvania, in April of 2009 and began representing clients involved in involuntary psychiatric commitment hearings in Centre County as well as becoming a 2010 Centre County Conflict Attorney appointed in criminal as well as civil matters before joining the firm in 2010.
Leslie Dutchcot

Ms. Dutchcot is of counsel to our firm. Ms. Dutchcot is a former law clerk to the Honorable Ronald E. Vican and Assistant District Attorney from Monroe County, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and attended the Duquesne University School of Law.
Ms. Dutchcot moved to Centre County in 2003. In 2005, Ms. Dutchcot was named the State College Jaycees Lawyer of the Year. She also completed the Leadership Centre County program in the class of 2004-2005. Ms. Dutchcot is Vice-President of Centre County Meals on Wheels, a counselor at Centre County Law Enforcement Camp Cadet, Inc., a member of the Nittany Valley Running Club and volunteers for the American Heart Association, The Second Mile and Centre County PAWS.
Ms. Dutchcot makes her home in State College with her husband, Art Entz, and their Yorkies, Barkley and Sam.
